초등학생의 일상적 창의성과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 긍정적 사고의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effect of Positive Thinking on the Relationship between Everyday Creativity and Career Maturity of Elementary School Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등학생의 일상적 창의성, 긍정적 사고, 진로성숙도 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 일상적 창의성과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 긍정적 사고의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생 397명을 대상으로 일상적 창의성, 긍정적 사고, 진로성숙도에 관한 설문을 실시하였다. SPSS 21.0 프로그램 및 SPSS Macro Process를 사용하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였고, 매개효과는 bootstrap 방법을 통해 검증하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 초등학생의 일상적 창의성, 긍정적 사고, 진로성숙도 간 관련성을 살펴본 결과, 각 변인 간에 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다.
둘째, 일상적 창의성은 긍정적 사고를 부분 매개하여 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 진로성숙도를 향상시키기 위한 진로교육 및 상담 장면에서 일상적 창의성과 긍정적 사고를 장려하는 것이 효과적임을 시사한다.
마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 기술하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between everyday creativity, positive thinking, and career maturity of elementary school students, and to find out the mediating effect of positive thinking on the relationship between everyday creativity and career maturity. To this end, a questionnaire on everyday creativity, positive thinking, and career maturity was conducted with 397 students in the 5th and 6th grades of elementary schools in Seoul. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program and the SPSS Macro Process, and the mediating effect was verified through the bootstrap method. The main results are as follows.
First, as a result of examining the relationship between everyday creativity, positive thinking, and career maturity of elementary school students, there was a significant positive correlation between each variable.
Second, it was found that everyday creativity has an effect on career maturity by partially mediating positive thinking. These findings suggest that it is effective to encourage everyday creativity and positive thinking in the scene of career education and counseling to improve career maturity.
Finally, the significance, limitations, and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
