      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      An study's aim of this JIT manufacturing is a change of production type from producer to user, from few kinds-enermous production to many kinds-little production so that user's request is various and Beside, nearly a sudden wage increase by labor-management disputs leads to production cost raising and competitive power weakening, so threats existence of our companies. To overcome these problems, our manufacturing industries is augmenting the interest of JIT production system, already there are many companies that have accepted, drived forward this system, there will be more and more. so this research analyzes efficiency, problems resolving methods of the problems, attention and supplement of propulsion, establishes the purpose when a company as size and kind as this example enterprise, prompts this system. to be real datas.
      1. Through 5S projection
      ( Visible effect )
      1) Collection of aluminum raw material : ₩135,000,000.
      2) Selling of no use goods : ₩230,000,000.
      3) Collection of office supplies : ₩17,000,000.
      4) Security of extra-space : 1421.5 m².
      ( Invisible effect )
      1) Cultivation of order consciousness of employees .
      2) Cultivation of positive thought.
      3) Clear work environment, etc.
      2. Through facility reconstruction
      1) Cycle time was shortened by 25-26 %.
      2) Manufacturing quantity by a man /Hr increases 28 %.
      3) A process of stocks quantity decreases 67 %.
      4) Workers decrease 36.9 %.
      5) Extra-space security in progress is 760 m²(460 %).
      6) A conveyor reduction length is 127m (57 %).
      3. A staff decrease by worker - multifunction is 26 persons(15 %).
      4. possessed cost of subsidiary materials decrease 57 %.
      On the other hand, about some problems to be appeared to propulse
      1. To attempt multi - function of workers
      1) Compensation request about labor intensity.
      2) Danger of safety incidents.
      3) To skillness, inferior occurrence increase.
      4) Recognition to make men machine.
      5) Apprehension about staff decrease.
      2. In JIT of subsidiary material supply, There was a fail because of the poor industry of cooperation enterprise and the transport cost increase by transport counts increase. Though the example company, There are much visibility efficiency only a first step - 5S propulsion - to build system, there sill be a gap according to types is proved to bring about enermous efficiency.
      Through facility reconstruction and maximum shortening of conveyor length in new production thougth of JIT, It brought us wonderful impact in thought of classical production management system by means of big improvement of movement distance between work progress. Someone thought that the manufacturing has many problems and the work must be stopped but the result was not so. For a plan to propulse most efficiently when we have accepted the JIT manufacturing system.
      1. As the lessen II, a propulsion step and mobilication means must be developed in or der to correpond to enterprise's condition and situation on the base of the JIT production system construction order
      2. As the lessen V, If we should prompted construction course of efficient JIT system the efficiency of JIT system's fixing and betterment is greatest because of the accord and balance about hardware - software
      3. Top's poewrful will express and certain cognizance is important
      4. A support constitution roled as main post is necessary by starting project teams, installing exclusive post
      5. For the whole alteration of production management by new thought is indispensable, activation about improvement proposal is necessary
      6. As the JIT system has a beginning not end, the attitude that fulfills thoroughly perpetual improvement trial about some propulsion items for JIT constitution building, some commonness, is necessary
      As this research analyzed the special example company through JIT propulsion results, effect-measurements were lack except for propulsion items, particularly the effects related with office departments could nat be measured because the improvement about it was insufficient. through this example enterprise, when a Aluminum vessel products manuffactring industry or similar company drives JIT manufacturing system these research datas is expected to be reference, here after we look forward to continue exper study about propulsion methods according to industrial ciassification and enterpise scale to drive JIT manufacturing system efficiently, to be greatest efficiency by a propulsion company.
