Endometrial carcinoma is predominantly a disease of postmenopausal women, with less than 5% of all cases occurring in women under the age of 40. We experienced one case of endometrial carcinoma occuring in 22-year old virgin. Total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salping-oophorectomy was perfomed. The clinicopathologic finding and a review of literatures on endometrial carcinoma was described breifly.
