      It has been important to collect accurate information and to select the prediction method for development and management of water resources and the prevention of disasters. The integrated, systematic and analytic methods are needed to manage the rapid urbanization effects. The hydrologic changes of urbanization with the increase of population and industrial facilities changed the characteristics of pollutants. The management problems of urban area are more complicated with two parts of water quantity and quality. Thus, many efforts are needed for efficient applications of flow and quality simulation. This study developed more precise input data and more improved parameter estimating procedures using GIS(Geographic Information System) in the Mankyoung & Dongjin river.
