      This paper investigates the input/output-to-state stability (IOSS) for continuous-time switched nonlinear systems (CTSNSs) containing both IOSS and non-IOSS constituent subsystems under mode-dependent averagedwell time switching signal. New sufficient IOSS conditions are established to guarantee the IOSS properties of the CTSNSs, which extend the related existing results to a more general mode-dependent situation. A numericalexample is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
