중국 지방 재정 규모 및 변동성과 성장 = Growth Relation with Scale and Volatility of Chinese Local Finance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Conventionally, government expenditure is one of the important factor for economic growth. However, in this study, we approach estimate of effect to growth by government expenditure scale with volatility. Volatility of fiscal has positive or negative effect. For this study, we are using 5 year average data from 31 chinese local government data during 1980-2009, and analyse through Panel Least Square and Seemingly Unrelated Regression for robust test. In the result, Chinese local government expenditure scale has negative effect to growth and volatility has positive effect.
