서비스 디자인 방법론을 활용한 웹사이트 개선방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Improvement of website using Service Design Methodologies : Ministry of Health & Welfare website

국문 초록 (Abstract)

서비스산업 시대의 디자인은 ‘가치’를 만든다. 똑똑해진 소비자들이 그들의 경험으로 ‘가치’를 책정하기 때문이다. 이러한 배경에서 주목 받는 것이 ‘서비스 디자인’이다. 서비스 디자인은 서비스를 제공하고 사용하는 사람들의 관계를 연결해준다. 서비스 디자인 설계에 있어 가장 중요한 요소는 공급자와 사용자 서로가 원하는 서비스가 무엇인지에 대한 파악이다. 본 연구는 보건복지부 웹사이트 프로젝트에 서비스디자인 방법론을 적용하여 국민이 원하는 서비스와 정부가 제공하고자 하는 서비스에 대한 니즈 파악을 통해 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 이론적 고찰을 통해 서비스 디자인의 개념 및 방법론의 필요성을 이해하고, 공공, 웹 분야의 서비스 디자인 사례를 분석하였다. 그리고 현재 보건복지부 웹사이트를 연구대상으로 3C 분석을 통해 각각의 Insight를 도출하고, 그 중 사용자 분석은 일반사용자와 전문사용자 그룹으로 나누어 공통 니즈를 파악하고, 고객여정맵(Journey map)으로 개선 방안에 대한 주요 이슈를 도출하였다. 도출된 개선점을 통해 메인화면 프로토타입을 제작하고, 사용자들을 통해 재검증하였다. 개선방안에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 메인화면에서 활용도 높은 정보를 간략하게 제공하는 것, 두 번째, 복지부의 그래픽 모티브를 개발하여, 아이덴티티를 개선하는 것, 세 번째, 검색결과의 품질을 강화하는 것, 넷째, 정책들을 쉽고 실질적인 콘텐츠로 가공 후 제공하는 것으로 나타났다. 이번 연구를 통해 웹사이트 제작에 있어 서비스 디자인 방법론의 필요성에 관해 조망해 보는 계기가 되기를 바란다.

And making improvements derived through the main screen prototype, users re-tested. On how to improve the results is as follows.
