키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 노인주거 연구동향 분석 = Analysis of Research Trends in Elderly Housing Keyword Network Analysis

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구동향 파악은 미래 연구과제의 방향성 설정을 위해 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 국내 학술지에 게재된 노인주거 관련 연구를 계량서지 및 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 연구동향을 분석하였다. 연구자료는 KCI 등재 학술지 972편을 수집하여 논문 정보 및 키워드 2,492개를 활용하였다. 분석은 계량서지 분석프로그램인 VOSviewer를 활용하였다. 분석 결과 논문 게재수는 5년 단위로 증가하는 추세이며 연구 분야는 사회복지, 생활과학, 디자인, 건축 공학 등이 가장 많은 부분을 차지하였다. 연구영역 분석 결과, 110개의 키워드는 ①노인주거와 요양시설,②고령자 주거환경 특성, ③ 커뮤니티 케어, ④ 주거만족도, ⑤ 독거노인의 건강 및 삶, ⑥ 고령자 주거공간계획, ⑦ 유니버셜디자인 등 7개 영역으로 분류하였다. 시기별 연구주제는 초반에는 노인주거와 요양시설 및 고령자 주거환경 특성 연구에서 노인복지, 커뮤니티 케어, 주거만족도, 스마트홈 등의 주제로 발전해 왔으며, 최근에는 지역사회 통합돌봄 정책과 연계한 커뮤니티 케어와 스마트홈 기술과 연관된 주거서비스의 통합적 제공 중심으로 변화하였다.

Identifying research trends is crucial for setting the direction of future research. This study analyzed the research trends related to elderly housing in South Korea by employing bibliometric analysis and keyword network analysis. Data were collected from 972 papers published in KCI-indexed journals, utilizing 2,492 keywords from these studies. The analysis was conducted using the bibliometric analysis program VOSviewer. The results showed that the number of published papers has been steadily increasing every five years, with the most research concentrated in the fields of social welfare, life sciences, design, and architectural engineering. From the analysis of research areas, 110 keywords were classified into seven categories: Elderly housing and care facilities, Characteristics of housing environments for the elderly, Community care, Housing satisfaction, Health and life of elderly living alone, Housing space planning for the elderly, and Universal design. The research topics have evolved over time, starting with elderly housing, care facilities, and housing environment characteristics, then expanding to topics such as elderly welfare, community care, housing satisfaction, and smart homes. Recently, the focus has shifted towards the integrated provision of housing services related to smart home technologies and community care linked to community-based integrated care policies.
