다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the story of Yonhoes activities in Yonhoe and Munsujom(緣會逃名 文殊岾) included in the section Sedusion of Samguk Yusa(『三國遺事』).
A high priest Yonhoe was practicing Virtues of the Pohyon-Bodhisattva(普賢觀行), reciting Lotus Sutra on Yeongchi Mountain. Due to his divine power, the lotus of the pond in Yeongchi Temple(靈鷲寺) did never wither. When heard of it, King Wonseoung tried to appoint him to be to National Priest, but Yonhoe escaped from the appointment. However, he was taught from Munsu-Bodhisattva(文殊菩薩) and PyonjaeChonnyo(辯才天女) and accepted to take the post. This behavior was caused by the teaching described in Lotus Sutra.
According to the Sutra, Bodhisattvas first must be comforted in the four rules(四安樂行, four comfort performance) in order for them to preach scriptures in the evil world in the future, and should be content with what Bodhisattva should do and the four things that should be familiar with. Out of classes that Bodhisattva should not be familiar with is princes and ministers, as well as kings. However, when given conditions are satisfied after the comfort performance is practiced, Bodhisattva can advanced to people including kings to preach the teaching of Lotus Sutra. This process is also applied to a Buddhist priest.
As for Yonhoes thought, he accepted thoughts of the Lotus Sutra based on thoughts of the Avatamsaka Sutra. Furthermore, he was well acquainted with Wonhyos(元曉) theory of harmonization(和諍思想) based on thoughts of the Lotus Sutra.
Therefore, it is thought that Yonhoe provided the new government with Wonhyos theory of harmonization as one of political ideologies, It seems that the new government tried to create the atmosphere to cooperate not only the Buddhist circle but also political society.
