공공부문 및 민간부문의 거버넌스는 삶의 질을 향상시키는가? - 중국을 중심으로 -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 거버넌스의 질적 수준이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 중국을 대상으로 2000-2019년 기간 동안의 200개 관측치를 사용하여 분석한 결과 거버넌스의 질적 수준이 높아질수록 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적 인 검증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 첫째, 중국의 공공부문 거버넌스의 건전성은 국민의 삶의 질 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국의 민간부문 거버 넌스의 건전성은 국민의 삶의 질 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 국가의 거버넌스가 취약할 경우 국민의 삶의 질이 낮아질 수 있다. 때문에 공공부문 및 민간부문에 걸친 정책수립과 규제 형성, 그리고 이행에 대한 정부 능력이 국민의 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 이는 삶의 질 개선을 위하여 공공 부문의 지배구조의 개선이 더욱 필요하며, 해외 자본 및 기술의 원활한 도입이 이루어 질 수 있도록 규제품질과 같은 민간부문의 거버넌스에 대한 건전성이 더욱 필요하기 때문에 개발도상국의 경우, 민간자본의 유치를 위하여 민간부문의 규제품질에 대한 보완과 향상이 필요하다는 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed the effect of the quality of governance on the quality of life. As the results, higher quality of governance has a positive effect on quality of life with 200 observations from 2000 to 2019 using pooled OLS. The implications are as follows. First, the soundness of public sector governance in China has a positive effect on improving the quality of life of the people. Second, it was found that the soundness of China's private sector governance had a positive effect on improving the quality of life. If the state's governance is weak, the quality of life of the people can be lowered. Therefore, it is judged that the government's ability to formulate policies, formulate regulations, and implement policies across the public and private sectors directly affect the quality of life of the people.
