For FSI(fluid-structure interaction) analysis, many researcher reconstruct a 3D blood vessel model including intima and adventitia. For this, many researchers have registered several kinds of medical images and IVUS(intravascular ultrasound) image is used to obtain detailed cross sections of blood vessel. However, when IVUS image is taken, a catheter is inserted for put an ultrasound into the blood vessel. Because of catheter insertion, a blood vessel significantly deformed and IVUS image shows the deformed cross section of blood vessel. Therefore, a blood vessel model using IVUS image directly is in deformed state caused by catheter insertion. In this paper, we proposed a reconstruction method for a blood vessel model including undeformed intima and adventitia caused by catheter insertion.
