공급계약의 유연성이 구매자의 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 한국방위사업청을 중심으로 = The Effect of Supply-contract Flexibility on the Buyer`s Logistics Performance -Focused on the Korea Defense Acquisition Program Administration

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 공급계약의 유연성이 구매자의 물류성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 방위사업청의 계약관리본부를 대상으로 실증분석하였다. 제품의 특성이 공급계약 유연성과 구매자의 물류성과 사이에 조절변수 역할을 한다는 것을 동시에 살펴보았다. 공급계약의 유연성은 수량, 가격, 품질측면에서, 구매자의 물류성과는 재고와 서비스로, 제품의 특성은 피셔(1997)의 이론을 바탕으로 기능성 제품과 혁신성 제품으로 구분하였다. 연구결과 공급계약의 유연성은 구매자의 물류성과에 영향을 미쳤고, 제품의 특성이 두 변수 사이에 조절변수 역할을 함을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 제품의 특성과 추구하는 목표에 따라 계약 유연성을 달리 적용되어야 하고, 특히 고객의 서비스와 직결되는 기업경영의 중요한 요소 중의 하나인 품질 유연성에 대해 실증하였다는 점에서 의의를 둘 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This Study indicates that buyer`s logistics performance depends on the flexibilities of supply-contract and product characteristics are the moderate variable between two variables. For demonstrating a theory about this, we extract variables about flexibilities of supply-contract, buyer`s logistics performances and product characteristics. We had interviews with the persons who work for Korea Defense Acquisition Program Administration (KDAPA) and conducted the survey on those. Supply-contract flexibility is consisted of quantity, price, quality. Buyer`s logistics performance is consisted of stock and service performances. Product characteristics classify functional and innovative goods group based on Fisher(1997)`s theory. We were verified buyer`s logistics performance is dependent on the flexibility of supply-contract and buyer`s logistics performance. The flexibility of supply-contract are dependent on product characteristics.
