유아교사가 지각한 직무스트레스, 교사효능감, 사회적 지지가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 = The influence of perceived job stress, teacher efficacy, social support and organizational effectiveness on early childhood education teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교사의 경력에 따른 직무스트레스, 교사효능감, 사회적 지지가 조직헌신, 직무만족, 직무성과의 하위변인으로 구성된 조직효과성에 미치는 영향력을 규명해보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경상북도 구미시, 포항시, 대구광역시의 유치원 및 어린이집에서 근무하는 유아교사 269명이다. 결과처리를 위하여 기술통계, Pearson 적률상관계수, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사는 직무스트레스를 보통 수준으로 지각하고, 교사효능감, 사회적 지지 및 조직효과성의 하위변인은 대체로 보통 이상으로 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무스트레스, 교사효능감, 사회적 지지가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 사회적 지지가 주로 정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 관료적 운영이 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경력에 따른 유아교사가 지각한 직무스트레스, 교사효능감, 사회적 지지가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 주로 자기 조절감이 경력이 많아질수록 정적인 영향을 미치고, 관료적 운영이 경력이 많아질수록 더욱 더 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 유아교사가 지각한 직무스트레스, 교사효능감, 사회적 지지는 조직효과성에 유의미한 영향력을 가지며 또한 이러한 영향력은 경력에 따라 다소 차이를 보인다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigates the influence of early childhood education teachers' perceived levels of job stress, teacher efficacy, social support and organizational effectiveness involving organizational commitment, job satisfaction and job performance. The subjects in this study are 269 preschool teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers in the cities of Gumi. Pohang North Gyeongsang Province and Daegu. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Early childhood education teachers perceived their job stress to be average. Teacher efficacy and social support, among the sub-variables of organizational effectiveness, were perceived as being higher than average. 2) Job stress, teacher efficacy and social support impacted on the sub-variables of organizational effectiveness, which were positively affected by "social support" and negatively by "bureaucratic management". 3) Job stress, teacher efficacy and social support impacted on the sub-variables of organizational effectiveness and duration of teachers" careers. Career duration was positively affected by "self-regulation" and negatively by bureaucratic management". In conclusion, these findings reveal that how early childhood education teachers perceive their job stress, teacher efficacy and social support has a statistically significant correlation to their perceptions of organizational effectiveness and career duration.
