공급망에서 분산기억체계를 도입한 동적역량, 협력관계 및 양면성이 회복탄력성, 민첩성, 강건성과 성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 공급망관리에 TMS를 도입하면 공급망의 협력과 운용 효율성을 거시적으로 높일 수 있다는 관점에서 출발하였다. 공급망 구성원들인 기업들은 기업생태계의 격심한 변동에 대처하기 위해 다양한 전략적 선택을 채택하는데, 선행연구에서 동적역량, 협업 그리고 양면성이 중요한 수단임이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 TMS가 실제로 공급망 운용에 이용되고 있음을 확인하기 위한 실증 분석을 시행하였다. 이를 위해 TMS와 전략적 선택인 동적역량, 협업 그리고 양면성에 관련된 내용을 선행연구의 결과를 분석하여 연구가설을 설정하고 연구모형을 구축하였다. 연구모형에 도입한 구성개념의 측도는 선행연구가 제시한 것을 이용하여 설문문항을 구축하고 설문지를 완성한 다음, 전문조사기관을 통해 전국 200개 중소기업을 대상으로 조사를 하고 자료를 수집하여 실증분석을 시행하였다. 실증분석을 시행한 결과 다음의 결과를 확인하였다. 첫째, 조사대상 기업들의 공급망에서는 실질적으로 TMS가 운용되고 있음이 확인되었다. 둘째, 조사대상 기업들에는 동적역량이 민첩성에는 (+)의 영향, 회복탄력성과 강건성에는 (-)의 영향이 있었다. 셋째, 동적역량, 양면성 그리고 협업의 기업의 성과에 유의하게 영향을 주고 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study started with the view that introducing TMS in supply chain management could increase the cooperation and operational efficiency of supply chain in a macro perspective. Companies that are members of the supply chain adopt a variety of strategic choices to cope with the severe fluctuations in the corporate ecosystem, and in prior research, dynamic competency, collaboration and ambidexterity have been identified as important means.
This study conducted empirical analysis to confirm that TMS is actually used for supply chain operation. To this end, the research theory was established and the research model was designed by analyzing the results of the preceding research on the contents related to the strategic choice of TMS, dynamic capacity, collaboration, and ambidexterity. The measures of contructal concepts introduced in the research model were used to design survey questions and complete the questionnaire using what was suggested by the preceding study, and then conduct a field analysis by surveying 200 small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide through specialized research institutes.
As a result of conducting a emprical analysis, the following results were confirmed: First, it was confirmed that TMS was actually operating in the supply chain of the surveyed entities. Second, the surveyed entities had an impact of (+) on agility and (-) on resilience and robustness. Third, dynamic competency, ambivalence and collaboration were significantly affecting the performance of the enterprise.
