      The purposes of this study are to investigate the effect of online travel community members’ participation benefits on well-being perception and examine the relationship between members’ well-being perception and word of mouth. Based on theoretical framework in the previous literature, this study designed the proposed conceptual model with four hypotheses. In order to test the hypothesized model empirically, web-based survey was conducted targeting online travel community members in South Korea. A total of 385 usable responses were analyzed using structural equation modeling analysis through SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The results revealed that three dimensions of online travel community members’ benefitted, namely information quality, entertainment, and building social relationship predicted members’ well-being perception, considering that word of mouth is positively influenced by their well-being perception. These results of the current study provided to online community managers with effective management strategies.
