두 개의 241 95 Am선원을 이용한 이중 알파입자 산란 실험 = Double Alpha Scattering Experiment with two 241 95 Am Sources

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this research, a double alpha scattering experiment using two americium-241 (Am-241) sources was performed to observe the interference and reciprocal interactions between alpha particles.
The independent and simultaneous signals of collimated alpha particles from two Am-241 sources were measured using the ALPIDE (ALICE Pixel Detector). The direct signals from each Am-241 source, and both signals from the two Am-241 sources that aligned to cross in a vertical plane, were measured. The difference between the experiment using two sources simultaneously and the simple sum of two independent experiments was extracted and compared using a GEANT4 simulation without any interference between the collimated alpha particles from the two different sources.
The same experiments were repeated at various distances from the detector, and the possible interference between the collimated alpha particles from the two different sources was investigated.
