The purpose of this study was anthropometric measurements in patient with cardiovascular disease, analyses to nutritional intake and diet quality, they are grasping of the problem, help to cure and health management of patient. The subjects were 38 patients who the general hospital, located in Daegu, to receive cardiovascular disease and 37 control group, examined anthropometric measurement, nutrient intake. In female patient, WC, WHR, W/H ratio were significantly higher than that control group(p<0.01,p<0.001,p<0.01). The WC, W/H ratio of the postmenopausal was significantly higher than that of the premenopausal(p<0.05, p<0.01). Dietary intake that animal fat, niacin of male patient was significantly lower than of the control(p<0.05), folic acid of female patient was significantly lower(p<0.05). Intakes nutrient for less than 75% of RI was folic acid that is control, vitamin A, vitamin B₂, folic acid that is patient. Dietary diversity score(DDS) are fruits of patient was significantly higher, fat & oil, sugars is significantly lower than that of the control(p<0.05), dietary variety score is patient was significantly lower(p<0.05). Nutrient adequacy ratio(NAR) and mean adequacy ratio(MAR) was not different between the two groups, Nutrient adequacy ratio(NAR) of vitamin B₂ was less than 0.75 intake deficiency worried. Index of nutrient quality(INQ) are not different between the two groups, over 1 for most nutrients except vitamin B₂ and folic acid.
Therefore it was needed that reduce risk factor of through control abdominal obesity, fat intake on diet treatment direction of disease, in addition need the nutrient management such as lack of vitamin B₂ and folic acid intake should be nutrient.
