      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The purpose of this paper is to examine the cultural education in Chinese language education in Korea by dividing it into teaching and learning goals, content, and methods by setting the previous high school Chinese curriculum as the research object. This aims to identify trends in Chinese cultural education in Korea using previous high school Chinese curriculums as an example, take advantage of them, and present a direction for cultural education in Chinese language education in the future. Chinese language education academia mentions the importance of cultural education, but there is little discussion on specific teaching and learning content or methods. Therefore, there is a need to take an in-depth look at cultural education in Chinese language education overall, including teaching and learning goals, content, and methods. In particular, the national high school Chinese curriculum is a very useful historical data for such research. Accordingly, as a result of analyzing the goals, contents, and methods of cultural education from the first curriculum to the 2022 revised curriculum, a generally positive pattern of development was shown from generation to generation. However, there was room for improvement in the systematicity of composition, clear setting of purposes and goals, and detailed explanation of contents and methods. National-level curriculum has a significant impact on the quality of education. Therefore, the curriculum of future generations should use the curriculum of previous generations as a stepping stone to avoid repeating the mistakes of the past.
