Teaching math with the most use of math history can help students to find their own motives to study math, and to understand that math is a continually growing study as well as an intellectual product of former researchers' efforts. And it can be an efficient tool of emphasizing usefulness of math, and of seeking the humanization of math education. Moreover, it can provide various approach methods for problem solving. Therefore, the importance and necessity of teaching math history has been discussed in this thesis with the review of cited documents and the analysis of theses related to teaching math history. To deepen and further the discussion, the research on the parts of text books related to math history has been undertaken. In the train of the research, learning materials on math history were scouted and offered, which were related to the mathematicians who are commonly appearing in math text books.
