This paper proposes a remote control system for multi-disaster response robots based on ROS(Robot Operating System). The robots are developed to explore the compound disaster environment that makes hazardous conditions before firefighters start to do a rescue operation. In order to secure the safety of multiple robot controls, the proposed system is implemented based on a multi-roscore that communicates from the control system to robots using TCP protocol. In addition, the proposed control system provides the operator to control multi-robots and the operator can get useful visual information to do the rescue operation such as the position of victims and the status of the debris of the building. Therefore, they can share important information for the operation. We conducted the operation test of our system with drones and mobile robots.
