제4차 산업혁명 위험분석 = Risk Analysis of the Fourth Industrial Revolution: Risk Perception and Policy Implications

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명 위험들에 대한 위험인식을 분석하고 정책적 함의를 제시하고자 하였다. 제4차 산업혁명으로 인한 위험요소들의 위험인식에 대한 탐색적 연구로서 대학생들을 대상으로 위험인식 설문을 실시하고, 심리측정 패러다임을 적용하였다. 제4차 산업혁명으로 인해 발생가능한 15개 위험에 대해 대학생들은 비교적 위험하다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 제4차 산업혁명 위험은 두 개의 요인(알려지지 않은 정도, 통제하기 어려운 정도)을 기준으로 4개의 유형으로 분류되었으며, 각 유형별 위험특성을 논의하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 효과적인 재4차 산업혁명 위험 대응을 위한 정책적 함의로 위험 내용과 특성에 따른 차별화된 위험관리 전략, 제4차 산업혁명 위험분석 체계 확립, 위험 커뮤니케이션 활성화 등을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study explores the risk perceptions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution risks. The purposes of this study are to analyze the risk perceptions of the fourth industrial revolution risks and suggest policy implications. Using the psychometric paradigm, the survey was conducted to university students. The respondents perceive the fifteen possible risks caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution as relatively risky. The risks are classified into four types based on a two-factor (“unknown” and “uncontrollable”) and the risk characteristics of each type are discussed. Based on the results, this study suggests the effective strategies of risk management, the establishment of risk analysis system, and the activation of risk communication based on the risk characteristics.
