정보센터에서의 TQM시스템 실시단계에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Application Steps of TQM Systems in Information Center

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Infornation System is now becoming a very important part of our livers. It encompasses technical and spatial characteristics that are much more different from the order informantion systems used up until now. Therefore, as various fields within the information center are researched, the proper usage of those fields must be well thought-out.
This study presents the application of TQM systems in information center, korea. The purpose of this study is to build a framework of improving the management system and planning and perforning the service of high quality in information center. To achieve this goal, a heoretical approach was tried through the previous study and the performed with the subject of the 4 steps by Damming's theory.
This study may enable domestic organizations to draw up a concrete and practical plan in information center.
