The purpose of this study was to investigated the effects of combined training and swim training on the glucose, insulin concentration and CPK, LDH activity. The subjects selected for this study were 21 male university students(combined training group 7, swim training group 7, control group 7). The blood sampled thought their antecubital vein at pre and post 12 weeks later at rest. The data of this study analyzed by 3×2 repeated measure ANOVA and paired t-test using SAS program. The glucose concentration was significant increase change in combined training group(p=0.0260), insulin concentration was non significant change in each group, but significant different in combined training group and control group at 12 weeks later. CPK was significant increase change in combined training group(p=0.0086), but non significant change in swim group and control group, LDH was significant increase change in combined training group(p=0.0004), and significant different in combined training group and control group at 12 weeks later. These results suggested that decrease insulin concentraion and increase levels CPK and LDH activity at 12 weeks later in combined training was a specific muscle injury marker such as physiological stress.
