IT 투자 대상의 우선순위 결정을 위한 평가 기준 연구 = A Study on the Criteria for Priorities in IT Investment Decision

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 기업들은 증가하는 IT 투자가 기업 가치 증대에 얼마나 기여하고 있는지를 합리적으로 검증 할 수 있는 방법을 모색하고 있다. 이사회 및 최고 경영자는 IT 투자 대상의 우선 순위 결정이 투명하고 합리적인 기준에 기반하여 결정하고자 하나, IT 투자 대상의 우선 순위 결정을 위한 기준은 매우 다양하고 표준화 되어 있지 않기 때문에 합리적인 투명한 결과를 얻기는 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 기업들이 IT 투자 우선순위를 선정하기 위한 기준은 어떠한 것들이 있으며, 각각의 기준들에 대한 가중치를 어떠한지를 계층적으로 분석하여 IT 투자 대상의 우선 순위 평가 모델을 제시한다. 이 평가 모델을 활용하여 다양한 이해 관련자들이 IT 투자 우선 순위를 결정함에 있어 합리적이고 투명한 의사 결정이 가능하게 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Most of the companies are looking for the ways of verification on how IT investment can contribute to corporate value these days. CEO and BOD think that the priorities of IT investment should be decided transparently based on rational standards. However, the standards are very diverse and not standardized so it is very difficult to have persuasive results. In this thesis, I will explain the standards which are used on deciding the priorities of IT investment and analyze the weight of each standard hierarchically and finally propose a priority of IT investment assessment model. With this model, I believe, the interested parties can make decisions rationally and transparently when they decide the priorities of IT investment.
