본 연구는 수요자 중심의 대학 비교과 교육과정 설계 및 개발을 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 K-대학 1학년 신입생을 대상으로 국가직무능력에 따라 구분된 9개 영역 28개 하위영역에 대한 교육요구도 설문을 진행하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신입생의 경우 윤리영역을 제외한 8개 영역에서 현재수준과 필요수준 간의 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 사회진출 시 필요한 직무능력 으로는 기술능력, 정보능력, 의사소통능력에 관한 교육 요구가 주요 순위로 도출되었다. 셋째, 성별로 살펴보면 남학생의 경우 9개 영역 중 6개 영역, 여학생의 경우 9개 영역 중 8개 영역에서 유의미한 차이를 보였는데, 자기개발, 진로개발능력에 대한 교육 요구에서 차이를 보였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted for curriculum development in the university's Comparative Studies Department. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on the educational needs of first-year students in nine areas of vocational basic skills and 28 sub-areas. The results showed that first-year students had significant differences between their current level and the required level in eight areas except for ethics. Second, educational needs were identified for technical skills, information skills, and communication skills to improve job skills required in the industrial field. Third, when examined by gender, there were significant differences in 6 out of 9 areas for male students and 8 out of 9 areas for female students, and differences were found in self-development and career development skills.
