국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 전국 장애인 성폭력 피해자 보호시설 3개소 33명을 대상으로 연령과 장애 정도를 알아본 후 90.9%의 지적장애 여성의 미술치료 프로그램 개발을 위해 보호시설 지적장애 여성의 성폭력에 대한 대처방식과 표현양식을 알아보는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 보호시설 지적장애 여성의 성폭력 대처방식은 장애의 정도에 따라 차이가 있었다. 지적장애 2급과 3급은 자기-파괴적 대처방식을 가장 적게 사용하며, 회피적 대처방식, 표현/인지적 대처방식이 사용분포가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 보호시설 지적장애 여성의 표현을 살펴보면 지적장애 3급인 여성은 정서인식보다는 정서표현이 높고, 자기표현 중에서는 내용적 자기표현, 음성적 자기표현, 체언어적 자기표현의 빈도순서로 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 미술치료 프로그램에 표현/인지적 대처방식에 도움을 줄 수 있는 일상생활과 관련 있는 구체적이고 내면화할 수 있는 언어적 반응이 필요하다. 또한 표현 양식 중 정서표현은 정신건강과 관련한 적응적 기능을 포함하고, 자기표현은 의미를 다양한 시선으로 표출하고 통합하는 방법들을 제시되어 있어야한다. 이러한 연구 결과는 보호시설에 수용중인 지적장애 여성의 성폭력 대처 방식과 표현을 이해하고 미술치료 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초 자료로 적용 될 수 있음을 시사한다.
