1920-30년대 연해주 한인 민족교육의 특징과 성격 = The Characteristics of the Koreans’ National Education in Maritime Provinces of Russia at 1920s-1930

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보편성과 특수성의 공시성이란 관점에서 1920-30년대 연해주 한인민족교육의 특징과 성격을 규명하려고 하였다. 당시 소비에트 정권이 추구하였던 일반적 교육개혁 목적은 교육에서 보편주의의 확립, 교육의 민주화, 종합기술교육으로 전환, 공산주의적 인간형의 완성이었다. 연해주 한인의 교육은 한편 당시 소련 사회의 보편적 교육에 근거하고 또 다른 한편으로 민족의 독자성을 추구하여 무상, 의무, 보통교육, 반종교 교육, 문맹퇴치 교육, 종합기술교육, 프롤레타리아트 국제주의적 민족주의 교육 등의 민족교육의 특징과 성격이 발현되었다고 규정될 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the Koreans’ national education in Maritime Provinces of Russia at 1920s-1930s in the view of synchronism of universality and particularity. At that time general objectives which the government of Soviet Union had pursued were establishment of universalism in education, democratization of education, transformation to polytechnical education, and development of communist character. The characteristics of the Koreans’ national education in Maritime Provinces of Russian at 1920s-1930s were resulted from universalities of Soviet Union’s education and the particularities of the Russian-Koreans’ society and history. It may be concluded as followings: 1) free, compulsory, common education, 2) education of anti-religion, 3) education for the eradication of illiteracy, and 4) the national education based on proletarian internationalism.
