      Today, e-business is steadily growing through the development of internet technology. Especially B2B market has made a marvelous progress by introducing web-based procurement and purchasing system to their companies, while B2B market is slow except for startups such as yahoo, AOL, and e-bay. A consistent definition and a framework for a business model for the internet based business is still non-existent. However, several business models for e-business are working as a trial, such as affiliation model, advertisement model, membership model, virtual retailing model, buyer-led pricing model, and so on. Therefore, the imperative for a sound business model is growing. This paper is an effort to fill in this gap. To develop successful business model, we should consider several web marketing strategies into our business models as following: (1) differentiation strategy (2) customer-centered strategy (3) e-CRM strategy, (4) one stop total service strategy, and (5) developing common community for netizen strategy.
