過去 14年間의 喀痰에서의 結核菌 鏡檢成績과 培養成績 = Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Sputum by Smear and Culture from 1963 to 1976

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1963년 1월부터 1976년 12월까지 만 14년간 총 9573건 객담에서의 결핵균 검출성적을 보면 다음과 같다.
균 양성율은 21.4%, 배양 양성율은 19.6%, 경검 양서율은 5.6% 인데 배양 양성율이 경검 양성율에 비해 비율상으로 약 4배가 높았다.
배양 양성의 연도별 분포에 있어서는 1971년이 24.2%로서 가장 높았고, 1960년에는 0, 1965년에는 0.3%로서 가장 낮았으며, 경검 양성의 연도별 분포에서는 1968년과 1973년이 모두 23.1%로서 가장 높았고 가장 낮은 것은 1970년의 2.4%였다.
배양 양성율의 월별 분포를 보면 2월이 23.5%로서 가장 많았고, 7월이 15.3%로서 가장 적었으며, 경검 양성율의 월별 분포에서는 4.3∼6.8%의 범위로서 월별 차이는 그다지 없었다.
경검 음성, 배양 양성인예는 15.8%이며 이것을 연포별로 보면 1971년이 가장 많았고(20.1%), 1965년과 1966년은 1例도 없었으며, 1964년이 적었다(0.3%), 또 월별 분포에 있어서는 2월이 가장 많았고(19.5%), 7월에 가장 적었다(12.3%).
경검, 배양 모두 양성인 예는 3.8%였으며, 연도별로 보면 1963년이 제일 많았고(16.6%), 1966년에는 1例도 없었으며, 1965년이 적었고(0.3%), 월별로는 1월에 많았고(5.0%), 5월 과 7월이 적었다(3.0%).
경검 양성, 배양음성인 예는 1.8%였으며 연도별로 보면 1966년에 가장 많았고(31.8%), 1970년에는 1例도 없었으며, 1971년 등이 적었다(0.5%), 월별로는 7,8월이 가장 많았으며(各 2.5%) 3월에 가장 적었다(0.7%).
경검, 배양 모두 음성인 예는 78.6%였으며 연도 별로는 1971년에 가장 많았고(14.9%), 1965년에 가장 적었으며(0.7%) 월별로는 5월에 가장 많았고(9.9%) 2월에 가장 적었다(6.8%).

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Tubercle bacillin in sputum of 9,573 cases, were exmained by the smear and cultural methods at Kyungpook National University Hospital from January 1963 to December 1976 and we obtained the following results. The positivity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was 19.6% by the culture and 5.6% by the smear.
By year, the highest positivity of culture was 24.2% in 1971. while the the lowest one was none in 1966 and 0.3% in 1965.
The positivity of the direct smear by year were 23.1% in 1968 and 1973, which was the highest and 2.4% which was the lowest in 1970.
The highest positivity of the culture by month was 23.5% in Feburary and the lowest 15.3% in July. There is no significance in the positivity of the direct smear by month.
The positive culutre with negative smear was 15.8% in average, was the highest in 1971 (20.1%) by year and the lowest 0% in 1965 and 1976 and Feburary showed the highest positivity(19.5%). July was the lowest one (12.3%) by month.
The positive culture with positive smear was 3.8% in average. was the highest (16.6%) in 1968 and none in 1966 by year and by month the highest one was 5.0% in January and the lowest one 3.0% in May and July.
The negative culture with positive smear was 1.8% in average, and by year the highest one was 31.8% in 1966 and none in 1970 and by month the highest (2.5%) in July and August and the lowest (0.7%) in March.
