노인주거복지시설의 외부 공간 디자인 현황 및 개선방안 연구 = A Study on the Current State and Improvement Plan of Outdoor Space Design in Residential Welfare Facility for the Aged

After all entered the aging society with a rapidly aging society can change in seconds, the changes occurring in the housing of the elderly. A high level of education with economic growth, economic, housing welfare facilities for the elderly to changes in the family structure is required and there are various requirements that need to become environmental facilities.
However, the elderly form the main studies on the internal space of the housing and welfare facilities for the study of the external environment is not enough.
The purpose of this study is classified as seniors in accessing the external space and a yard in a residential welfare facilities, seating area, trails, green space, an on-site investigation was conducted, the low utilization of outer space was derived results. This old man is centered on the outer space activities or garden gardening activities as eco-friendly alternatives were presented as alternatives to turf.
Changes in circumstances, such as social welfare, elderly welfare in an aging society is important, but the old man physically, understand such psychological changes and, ultimately, elderly housing welfare facilities in the elements with the feasibility that could improve the quality of life expect to be provided with an instrument that could be planned.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

고령화 사회로 접어든 후 급속도로 초고령 사회로 변화하면서 노인의 주거에 변화가 생기고 있다. 경제성장과 함께높은 교육수준, 경제력, 가족구조의 변화로 노인에게 주거복지시설이 요구되며, 시설의 환경에 필요로 하는 요구사항도다양해지고 있다. 그러나 노인주거복지시설의 내부 공간에 대한 연구가 주를 이루고 있고, 외부환경에 대한 연구는 부족한실정이다.
따라서 본 연구는 노인주거복지시설에서 외부 공간을 접근로 및 마당, 휴게 공간, 산책로, 녹지공간으로 분류하여현장조사를 진행하였고, 외부 공간의 활용도가 낮다는 결과를 도출하였다. 이에 외부 공간에 노인 중심적이며 친환경적인대안으로 정원활동 또는 원예활동, 텃밭을 대안으로 제시하였다.
노령화 사회에 사회복지정책, 노인복지정책 등의 여건의 변화도 중요하지만, 노인의 신체적, 심리적 변화 등을 이해하고, 궁극적으로는 삶의 질을 높여줄 수 있는 실현성을 갖는 요소들로 노인주거복지시설이 계획될 수 있는 계기가 마련되기를 기대한다.
