계획행동이론을 적용한 대학생의 진로탐색행동 예측모형 = A Structural Model of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, Career Exploratory Intention and Career Exploration Activities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로탐색행동에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 규명하고 실제적인 수행을 예측하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 다양한 인간 행동을 예측하는 데 적용되어 온 계획행동이론을 바탕으로 하고, 모형의 예측력을 높이기 위해 진로결정자기효능감과 사회적 지지를 독립변인, 진로탐색의도를 매개변인, 진로탐색행동을 종속변인으로 설정하였다. 연구대상자는 서울, 경기도, 충청도, 경상도에 소재하는 대학교 재학생 359명을 임의표집 하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 12.0 프로그램과 AMOS 4.0 프로그램을 사용하여 상관분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 활용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다.
결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 연구모형 검증에서 대학생의 진로탐색의도는 진로결정자기효능감과 사회적 지지에 의해 유의미하게 설명되고 진로탐색행동은 진로탐색의도와 사회적 지지에 의해 직접 설명되었고 또한 진로탐색의도를 매개로 한 진로결정자기효능감과 사회적 지지의 간접적 영향도 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 진로결정자기효능감은 진로탐색행동에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 대학생의 진로탐색행동을 예측하는 진로탐색의도가 진로결정자기효능감 뿐만 아니라 사회적 지지에 의해 설명될 수 있다는 계획행동이론의 유용성이 확인되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 제언을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to predict and to test the structural model of variables effect on students' career exploration activities. This study was constructed on basis the theory of planned behavior(TPB). The model consisted of four constructs: four variables are career decision-making self-efficacy, social support, career exploratory intention and career exploration activities. The sample of the present study consisted of 359 college students. The data were analyzed by conducting correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis.
The results imply that students' career decision-making self-efficacy and social support appeared to affect career exploratory intention, and career exploratory intention and social support also did to affect career exploration activities, and career decision-making self-efficacy and social support appeared to affect indirectly career exploration activities. But there was no significant difference between career decision-making self-efficacy and career exploration activities. Finally limitations of the current study and recommendations for further research were discussed.
