This paper introduces a model for analysis of resource allocation system. In this
allocation system, we treat not only request rate and release rate of processes but also occurrence rate of resource faults and recovery rate from those faults. This paper represents system state with model (x, y, z)t , in which x and y, z are the set of resources each process possesses, and t is the number of faulty resources. Using system state (x, y, z)t , this paper shows to be able to specify our target system properly, and shows the possibilities of analyzing deadlock. It is required to study more various cases including more processes and more resources.
