포스트모던조직론과 노자의 「도덕경(道德經)」: 해체(解體)(차연(差延))를 중심으로 = Towards a Theory of the Postmodern Organizations and Lao-tzu`s Work 「Tao Te Ching」: Focused on the Deconstruction(Differance) Concept

국문 초록 (Abstract)

포스트모더니즘은 최근에 일어난 지적 운동이며 아직도 진행 중에 있는 하나의 작업이다. 본 연구는 포스트모던적 시각이 조직에 관한 사고의 성격에 대하여 어떻게 변화를 가져올 수 있게 하는가를 보여주는데, 이것은 해체, 차연, 차이, 그리고 타자성(他者性)을 고려함으로써 탐색된다. 그리고 이러한 단계적인 선택은 해체의 묘사를 촉진할 수 있을 것이다. 포스트모더니즘의 해체와 차연 분야에서 다루는 거의 모든 내용들은 노자 도덕경 1장과 2장을 통해 설명이 가능하다. 끝으로, 본 논문이 함축하는 것은 Weick의 조직화의 진화론 모델과 연기관의 연계를 고찰해 봄으로써 조직론의 연구와 담론은 더 장기적 이고 기본적인 혜택을 얻을 수 있다는 것이다. 더욱이 차연법과 연기론은 동일 개념이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Postmodernism is a recent intellectual movement and still a work in progress. This study shows how the postmodern perspective permits a change in the character of thinking about organizations, and this is explored by considering deconstruction, differance, difference, and alterity etc. And this ladder option will be proposed to facilitate a description of deconstruction. Almost every issue within the field of deconstruction(differance) can be illustrated in the Chapter1 and Chapter2 of Lao-tzu`s work Tao Te Ching. Finally, this paper implies that organizations research and discourse can have more long-term and fundamental benefits by strengthening a study of the link between Weick`s evolutionary model of organizing and Buddhist pratityasamutapada. Moreover, differance and pratityasamutapada are one and the same concept.
