진로상담에서 체계이론 틀에 관한 이론적 고찰 = A Theoretical Inquiry About System Theory Framework of Career Counseling

This study explored the theoretical research results of the System Theory Framework, and discussed ways to integrate in the career counseling field. To this end, the contents, process, features, and methods of the system theory framework were reviewed through research articles explaining the system theory framework (STF). The system theory framework is a theoretical and practical framework that provides guidance to systematically consider the factors influencing the individual in the career counseling process and helps to understand the impact factors of interactions surrounding the individual. Storytelling is used to construct the meaning of experience, and to help move toward reflection and learning. Through the concept of recursiveness explore changes in time and interactions with various systems surrounding the individual and MSCI can be applied to various clients. The system theory framework suggests the direction and use of new career counseling through the application of the theory and practice for domestic career counseling fields.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 진로상담의 새로운 접근인 체계이론 틀(system theory framework)의 이론적 연구결과를 탐색하고, 진로상담 현장에서 체계이론 틀을 통합하여 활용할 수 있는 방안을 논의하였다. 이를 위해 체계이론 틀(STF)을 설명하는 연구물과 이론에 기반한 상담도구 및 관련 문헌을 통해 체계이론 틀의 내용과 과정, 특징, 방법을 고찰하였다. 체계이론 틀은 개인을 둘러싼 영향요소들을 진로상담 과정에서 체계적으로 고려할 수 있는 지도를 제공하며 개인을 둘러싼 상호작용의 영향요인을 이해하도록 돕는 이론적이며 실제적인 틀이다. 체계 내의 영향 요소들을 고려하고 경험의 의미를 구성하며 이를 바탕으로 성찰과 학습으로 나아가게 돕는데 스토리텔링을 활용한다. 체계이론 틀은 지속복합반복(recursiveness)이라는 개념을 통해 시간의 변화와 개인을 둘러싼 여러 하위 체계들과의 상호작용은 깊이 있게 탐색하며 구체적인 상담 도구인 MSCI를 활용하여 다양한 내담자에게 적용할 수 있는 이론적이고 실질적인 방법을 제시해준다는 점으로 의의가 있다. 체계이론 틀은 맥락의 영향과 시간의 변화를 고려하는 통합적 방법론을 통해 국내 진로상담의 현장에서 체계이론 틀의 이론과 실제의 적용을 통한 새로운 진로상담의 방향성과 활용을 제시한다.
