      The authors firstly aim to confirm their validiy and reliability as constructs of Digital Supply Chain Management practice and corporate performance and the effect of the former variable to the latter variable by carrying out empirical researches. In ...

      The authors firstly aim to confirm their validiy and reliability as constructs of Digital Supply Chain Management practice and corporate performance and the effect of the former variable to the latter variable by carrying out empirical researches. In the second stage of this study, the authors tried to examine whether two quality management factors, systemic and human, have significant moderating effect on the relationship between DSCM and corporate performance respectively.
      To verify properness of constructs, the authors implemented validity analysis using exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis using Cronbach’s alpha measure. For the causal relationship between DSCM and corporate performance variables, the authors carried out regression model analysis and, to confirm moderating effect of systemic quality management factor and human factor, moderate(hierarchial) regression model. By carrying out empirical surveys to companies in China, DSCM and performance’s validity and reliability were confirmed and the authors can verify that the former has positive effect on the latter. Furthermore, implementing human factor in quality management practice has positive moderating effect on the relationship between DSCM and performance while implementing systemic factor does not have the effect.
