鄭秋楓의 戀歌곡「祖國四季」분석연구 = An Analysis of the Song Cycle "The Four Seasons of Homeland" by Zheng Qiu Feng

국문 초록 (Abstract)

19세기 말부터 20세기 초 사이에 중국에서는 일본과 유럽유학을 다녀온 소우매(肖友梅), 리숙동(李叔同) 등 유학파 음악인들에 의하여 학당악가라는 형태로 중국예술가곡이 등장하기 시작하였다. 음악가들이 처음에는 기존에 있는 서양의 예술가곡에 가사만 붙여서 만들었는데, 나중에는 민족전통음악기초 위에 서양음악이론을 결부하여 새로운 중국예술가곡을 창작하였다. 중국예술가곡은 시대배경에 따라 가사와 곡의 성격도 변화를 가져왔다.
중국예술가곡의 전성시대인 1980년대에 주로 활동한 작곡가 정추풍은 군부대 작곡가 출신이며 중국의 당대 저명한 작곡가이다. 그는 기악곡, 무용극, 관현악곡, 예술가곡, 영화음악 등 다양한 장르의 곡을 400여 편이나 작곡하였으며 그 중 40여곡이 수상에 올랐다.
정추풍의 대표적인 작품 중 하나인 「조국사계」역시 1980년대에 작곡된 작품으로, 중국의 자연 그대로의 사계절 모습을 묘사하고 있다. 각각 봄, 여름, 가을, 겨울의 제목을 가지고 있는 곡들을 통하여 중국의 실제적인 자연의 모습을 보여주었을 뿐만 아니라 중국이 그동안 겪어 온 역사적인 삶을 상징적으로 표현하였다. 본 논문에서는 간주곡을 포함한 다섯 곡을 노래 선율과 반주부분의 가사, 리듬, 박자, 조성, 빠르기, 음악적 성격, 연주해석 면에서 연구하고 분석하여 연주자들의 보다 수준 있는 연주해석을 가능하도록 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

From the end of 19th century to the beginning 20th century, Chinese artistic air made its entrance in China in the form of an alma mater by musicians who studied abroad in Japan and Europe, such as Woomae Soh and Sookdong Lee.
Zeng Qiu Feng, a Chines composer who was active mainly in the 1980's, was originally a composer in an army and a renowned composer of the era. He composed about 400 pieces of music across a variety of genres such as instrumental music, dance music, orchestral music, artistic air and movie themes, among which about 40 pieces have been awarded.
In his representative work, "The Four Seasons of Homeland", Zeng Qiu Feng not only shows the real nature of China throughout its four seasons, spring, summer, fall and winter, but also symbolically expresses the historic life that China has been through so far.
In <Spring-Spring in homeland>, the composer tries to express the happiness and joy that people felt to live peaceful lives after the emancipation, and in <Summer-Sea gull flies in>, Chinese and Taiwanese people's earnest wish to be unified is described. Also, <Fall-Famiol, my beautiful hometown>, depicts fruitful and relaxed lives of Tajiks. Interludes, <In front of a monument> and <Winter -Oh, my homeland>, are actually one song in which the two are relevant in their contents, and this interlude expresses the scene of standing in front of a monument, cherishing the memory of the deceased and reflecting upon the history.
In the fourth song, Zheng Qiu Feng describes China in its grandeur and magnificence as if it's a piece of painting, and expresses the eternal pride and love of the composer for his homeland. In this paper, I've studied five songs including interlude and analyzed their lyrics, rhythm, tempo, meter, key, musical characteristic and interpretation in their melody and accompaniment, so that more sophisticated interpretation is possible by the performers.
