      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      A. Objectives of the Study
      This study is to seek the guiding direction for forming the correct view of value and the researching method for educating students as good workers through the analysis of the high school student's way of thinking about the value view of occupation and previous researches with reference books, on the basis of the analysis of environment influence and forming processes.
      B. Methods of the study
      1. The experimental group of this research consist of 400 male and female students who are in the 2nd grade of the senior high school in Chungbuk Province.
      2. The whole questionnaires consists of 30 items, of which 5 is those of questioning about population statistics. They are attached to the appendix
      3. The contents of the questionnaire are so universal and diverse that they are designed to be chosen one. By the simple frequency of the answers, the whole direction could be outlined.
      C. Conclusion
      1. The high school students' view of occupational values is realistic from the standpoint of that the important factors of value view in choosing jobs are the development of aptitude, talent and future guarantee rather creativity, contribution to the society and honor.
      2. The parents professional engineer to clerical worker, while students prefer administrative official. Students want to be employed through the fair processes.
      3. High school students want to have job to promote to the high position rather than to contribute to the society, and value view preferable power to pay.
      4. In the high school students' occupational environment, students put emphasis upon self-development, ability being more important than scholastic level. In the characteristic of job worker personality, activity and earnestness are regarded much more important things. Therefore students have personality and attitude suitable for the modern workers.
      5. In the high school students' occupational value view, girl students tend to serve more, want to get more reliable job, than boy students. The students in he liberal art high school seem to prefer to have a favorable job, though low in salary. In the school facilities, vocational schools are generally facilitated better than liberal art school, and in the urban area better than in the rural area.
