도덕과 교육의 통합적 정의론 구축에 관한 연구 = A Study on the construction of Justice as Integration in Moral Subject Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

When we think of justice theory in moral subject education today, Rawls' “Justice as Fairness” occupies a central position. This paper conducts a close review of Rawls' theory of justice, the representative theory of modern justice, but at the same time, mentions the limitations of liberal distributional justice. In order to compensate for these flaws, this paper pays attention to the classical theory of justice of ancient Greek and Roman traditions from the perspective of republicanism. Justice as integration proposed by this paper is the integration of individuals and communities, present and past, liberalism and republicanism, justice and friendship, and is thought to be of great help in forming a richer and more balanced view of justice in which distributional justice and civic ethics are integrated.
