연극을 활용한 집단 언어치료가 사회성 결핍 언어발달장애 아동의 언어 및 사회성에 미치는 효과 = Effects of drama-based group language therapy on the development of language and social abilities of children with developmental language delay and social disability

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of this research is to introduce effects of the application of theatre based group language therapy for children with developmental language delay and social disability. To play a role in theatre, it needs not only language training such as articulation and language, but also social training such as eye contact, turn-taking and imitation. We have first wrote a paly-script considering the language, articulatory and social ability state of each member of the therapy group. After 20 sessions, they can perform a reading drama. For the estimation of articulation, lexical and morpho-syntactical ability and of social maturation, one pretest and one post-test have been done using U-TAP(Urimal Test of articulation and phonology), REVT(Receptive and Expressive Vocabulary Test), KOSECT and SM(social maturity Scale). This research is on going. However, the result of this work shows the effects of theatre based group language therapy on the development of social skill and language for children with social and language disabilities.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회 상호작용에 어려움을 보이는 언어발달장애 아동을 대상으로 연극적 방법을 활용한 집단 언어치료가 대상 아동의 언어발달과 사회성에 미치는 효과를 연구하였다. 이를 위해 사회성에 심각한 결핍을 보이는 자폐아동과 ADHD 아동을 비롯하여, 중간 역할을 담당할 수 있으나 역시 사회성 면에서 결핍을 보이는 지적장애 아동으로 소집단을 구성하고 연극 매체를 활용한 언어치료 프로그램을 적용하였다. 먼저 세 아동의 사회성 및 언어 특성을 고려하여 중재 프로그램〈부비와 삐꾸〉를 창작하고 희곡 읽기와 역할 연기를 실시하였다. 매 회기마다 웜업 프로그램과 연극적 언어치료 프로그램을 실시하였으며 평가를 위해서는 치료 전후에 ``사회성숙도검사(SMS)``, ``우리말조음음운 검사(U-TAP)``, ``수용ㆍ표현어휘력검사(REVT)``, ``구문의미이해력 검사(KOSECT)``를 실시하였다. 주 1회 70분으로 구성된 본 집단 언어치료는 20 회기에서 그효과가 극대화 되어 조음 정확도, 어휘력, 구문의미 이해력, 나아가 사회 성숙도에서도 진전을 보이다가 점차 안정화 되는 양상을 보였다. 본 논문은 20회기까지의 연극적 방법을 통한 집단 언어치료의 결과이다. 이 연구를 통해 희곡 읽기, 몸의 움직임과 역할 연기를 통한 가상세계의 경험, 마음읽기가 포괄되어있는 연극적 집단 언어치료가 사회성 및 언어발달에 영향을 미치는 영향을 알 수 있었으며 향후 집단 언어치료와 연극적 기법의 활용에 하나의 방법으로 제시될 수 있다고 사료된다.
