This paper summarizes the latest definition of wellness that is spreading around the world about the age of the Great Reset and the arrival of the age of wellness, and the wisdom and longevity of health and longevity learned from 100-year-olds in the world's 5 longest-lived regions. The factor of ‘connection’, which is the keyword of the times, was considered. People and regions rich in social relationship capital, that is, “connectivity,” naturally increased physical activity, and the mutual aid system that supported each other was solid. Longevity worldwide, including studies that acknowledged that there is a relationship between the speed of local revitalization and the amount of social relations capital, has been reported to be a solid connection, the existence of a variety of connections, and the connection is linked to behavioral changes that increase physical activity, social activity, and nature. In the Blue Zone including Okinawa, Japan, which shows that various connections with people, regions and society were the secret to longevity, it is necessary to pay attention again to the rules for “living better” and the rules for “living methods” in the after-corona era.
