국문 초록 (Abstract)

주간보호시설 치매노인을 위한 회상중심 통합예술심리치료 프로그램 개발 및 효과

연구 목적: 에릭슨 이론을 적용한 버틀러의 회상요법을 근거로 치매노인을 위한 회상중심 통합예술심리치료 프로그램을 개발 후 인지와 정서에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이다.
연구 방법: G시 H주간보호시설을 이용중인 65세 이상의 치매노인 10명을 대상으로 주 1회, 60분, 총 13회기를 실시하였다.
연구 내용: 사전·사후검사로 MMSE-k, GDS, LSS를 실시 후 대응표본 t-검정을 통해 비교 분석하였다.
결론 및 제언: 2개 이상의 예술매체를 이용해 기억을 회상하며 치매노인의 인지와 정서에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다는 의미있는 결과가 도출되었고, 이러한 연구를 통하여 일반노인에게 확대적용하여 치매예방과 치료에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 기대한다.

Development and Effectiveness of Reminiscence-centered Integrated Art Psychotherapy Program for the Elderly with Dementia in Day Care Facilities

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to develop a recall-centered integrated art psychotherapy program for the elderly with dementia based on Butler’s recall therapy applying Ericsson theory and to verify the effect on cognition and emotion. A total of 13 sessions were conducted once a week for 60 minutes for 10 elderly people aged 65 or older who use the H day care facility in G city, and MMSE-k, GDS, and LSS were conducted as pre- and post-test, followed by comparison and analysis through the corresponding sample t-test. It was found that it had a positive effect on the cognition and emotion of the elderly with dementia by recalling memories using two or more art media, and through these studies, it is expected that it will be applied to the general elderly to have a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of dementia.
