유아교사의 소명의식이 회복탄력성과 잡 크래프팅을 매개로 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Early Childhood Teachers’ Calling on Job Satisfaction Through Resilience and Job Crafting

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 웰니스 라이프와 직업적 건강이 중시되고 있는 시대적 상황 속에서 유아교사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 인식적, 심리적, 행동적 발현기제에 대하여 탐구하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 I광역시 및G도 소재 유아교육기관에 재직 중인 유아교사 245명이었으며, 본 연구에서는 연구대상자의 소명의식, 회복탄력성, 잡 크래프팅 및 직무만족도를 측정하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 회복탄력성과 잡 크래프팅은 직무만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성과 잡 크래프팅에 미치는 소명의식의 영향력은 유의미했고, 회복탄력성은잡 크래프팅에 유의미한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 소명의식은 회복탄력성과 잡 크래프팅을 각각 매개하여 직무만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로, 소명의식은 회복탄력성과 잡 크래프팅을 순차적으로 매개하여 직무만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 유아교사의 소명의식, 회복탄력성, 잡 크래프팅을 다차원적으로 조망함으로써 유아교사의 직무만족도를 높이는방안을 모색하는데 중요한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. 본 연구의 학술적, 실제적 함의를 논의하고 향후 연구에 대한 방향성을 제안하였다.

This study investigated the perceptual, psychological, and behavioral mechanisms that influence early childhood teachers’ job satisfaction, focusing on wellness life and occupational health.
Participants were 245 early childhood teachers working in early childhood education institutions located in I Metropolitan City and G Province, South Korea. This study collected data by measuring their calling, resilience, job crafting, and job satisfaction. The collected data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The results showed that early childhood teachers’ resilience and job crafting significantly influenced job satisfaction. The effects of calling on resilience and job crafting were significant, and resilience significantly influenced job crafting.
Calling significantly influenced job satisfaction mediated by resilience and job crafting, respectively. Finally, calling significantly influenced job satisfaction successively mediated by resilience and job crafting. These findings have meaningful implications for providing basic information to find ways to enhance early childhood teachers’ job satisfaction. Theoretical and practical implications were discussed, and future directions for research were suggested.
