World of work in Indonesia currently is affected by three mixed aspects: the development of information and communication technology, globalization and trade liberalization, and most important is the monetary and economic crisis. Fast growing in technology of information and communication has consequences that the job opportunity in Information and Communication Technology is getting wider and becomes a most interesting career. This means that the need of In human resources become getting more and more urgent to create.
It is predicted that there is a great number in demand for ICT human resources in Indonesia in the next decade. Creating sufficient supply for In human resources is an extraordinary work in view of the problems, both major and minor, faced by the ICT communities in Indonesia. In spite of that, progress attained by the ICT communities in Indonesia is a good start to begin the development.
