      The Purpose of this study was to investigate how regular exercise programe affect on physique, physical fitness, body composition of women age over 50`s by exercise group with 12-week jogging programe and control group with no programe. The results were as follows : 1. There was no significant change in the body weight, the girth of chest, and the girth of thigh on both exercise group and control group. 2. In exercise group, there were decreases in the girth of waist (P<0.05) 3. Exercise group showed the a decrease in the body fat after 6 weeks of program and weeks of program. 4. in both group, there was no change in the grip strength push- up of physical factor. 5.. Exercise group showed a significantly higher value than control group in sit and reach of the flexibility factor. (P<0.05 ) 6. In maximal oxygen uptake of cardiovascular function, exercise group showed a significantly higher value than control group, so it menat that regular exercise is very effective for improving cardiovascular function. Based on fore-mentioned tests and results, women aged over 50`s could prevent from negative changes in physique and physical fitness by regular exercise programe which is expected suggesting effective way.
