고등학생이 지각하는 부모의 학업 성취압력과 시험불안 간의 관계에서 학업 스트레스와 학업소진의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effect of Academic Stress and Academic Burnout in High School Students' view between Parents' Academic Achievement Pressure and Test Anxiety.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 고등학생이 지각하는 부모의 학업 성취압력과 시험불안 간의 관계에서 학업 스트레스와 학업소진의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 고등학생 474명을 대상으로 부모의 학업 성취압력, 학업 스트레스, 학업소진, 시험불안 검사를 실시하였다. 각 변인의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 학업 스트레스와 학업소진의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 부모의 학업 성취압력, 학업 스트레스, 학업소진, 시험불안 간에는 유의미한 상관을 보였고, 학업 스트레스와 학업소진이 부모의 학업 성취압력과 시험불안 간의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 검증되었다. 이는 고등학생의 시험불안을 낮추는데 부모의 학업성취압력과 학업 스트레스, 학업소진의 중재 필요성을 시사한다.

The purpose of the study is to examine the mediating effects of academic stress and academic burnout in the relationship between parental academic achievement pressure and test anxiety. The conclusions obtained through the results of this study are as follows. First, there is a significant correlation between parents' academic achievement pressure, academic stress, academic burnout, and test anxiety. Second, academic stress partially mediates the relationship between parents' academic achievement pressure and test anxiety. Third, academic burnout partially mediates the relationship between parents' academic achievement pressure and test anxiety. This revealed that academic stress and accademic burnout are important variables in lowering test anxiety of high school students. It is meaningful in that it provided basic data based on reducing the burden on students for exams at the school site.
