거래의존성, 거래공정성, 사회적 자본, 공급사슬 성과 간의 관계에 대한 연구 = Study on the Relationship between Interdependence, Trade Fairness, Social Capital, Supply Chain Performance

This study is a study of the relationship between interdependence, fairness of trade, social capital, and supply chain performance at the supply chain. The results of this study are as follows. First, supplier dependency and buyer dependency have a positive (+) significant impact on structural, relational, and cognitive social capital. Second, social capital has a positive (+) significant effect on supply chain performance. Third, trade fairness does not play a role as a moderating variable between interdependence and social capital. Social capital has been tested to play some role as a mediating parameter between interdependence and supply chain performance. The implications of this study are summarized as follows. First, the higher the level of interdependence on trading companies, the more likely it is that social capital can be formed and constructed. Second, raising the level of structural capital and cognitive capital has a positive (+) effect on the enhancement of financial performance and non-financial performance, but relational capital has no significant effect. Third, it is predicted that interdependence is high as perception of need for trading companies, and that higher equity can be formed when fairness in transactions is maintained, but it does not play a role as a moderating variable. Fourth, social capital plays a role as a mediating parameter between interdependence and supply chain performance. While interdependence may have a positive (+) effect on supply chain performance, it can have a greater impact on supply chain performance through its role as a mediating parameter of social capital. This study suggests that the formation of social capital can be achieved when the level of transaction dependence perceived by individual firms is high and the formation of high level social capital can be linked to enhancement of supply chain performance. We also analyze and present the integrated relationship between transaction dependency, social capital, and supply chain performance.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

공급사슬에서의 거래의존성, 거래공정성, 사회적 자본, 공급사슬 성과 간의 관계에 대한 연구이다. 이들 사이의 관계에 대하여 연구를 진행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 공급자 의존성과 구매자 의존성은 구조적, 관계적, 인지적 자본에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 사회적 자본은 공급사슬 성과에 대부분 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 거래공정성은 거래의존성과 사회적 자본 사이에서 조절변수로서의 역할을 하지 않는다. 사회적 자본은 거래의존성과 공급사슬 성과 사이에서 일부 매개변수로서의 역할을 한다. 연구결과에 따른 시사점은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 거래기업들에 대한 거래의존성의 수준이 높을수록 사회적 자본의 형성과 구축이 가능하다. 둘째, 구조적 자본, 인지적 자본의 수준을 제고하는 것은 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과의 제고에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치지만, 관계적 자본은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 거래기업들에 대한 필요성 지각으로서 거래의존성이 높고, 거래에서의 공정성을 유지하는 경우 더욱 높은 사회적 자본을 형성할 수 있을 것으로 예측하였지만 거래공정성은 조절변수로서의 역할을 하지 않는다. 넷째, 거래의존성과 공급사슬 성과 사이에서 사회적 자본은 일부 매개변수로서의 역할을 수행한다는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 거래의존성이 공급사슬 성과에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치지만, 사회적 자본의 매개변수 역할에 의하여 공급사슬 성과에 더 높은 영향을 미친다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 개별기업이 거래의존성의 수준을 높게 지각할 경우 공급사슬에서 사회적 자본을 형성할 수 있으며, 높은 수준의 사회적 자본의 형성은 공급사슬 성과의 제고로 연결될 수 있음을 제시한다. 또한 거래의존성, 거래공정성, 사회적 자본, 공급사슬 성과 간의 통합적 관계를 분석하고 제시하였다.
