실버산업학부 대학생의 학과만족도, 진로의사결정유형이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of the Satisfaction in their Departments of Senior Industry College Students and Types for Career Decision on Career Preparatory Behavior

Based on the purpose of this study and the outcome of the research hypothesis, the conclusions of the study are as follows. There were statistically significant differences in general characteristics (sex, school year) between aptitude study and career satisfaction, dependent types of career decision-making patterns, and career path flight.
The school year showed a correlation between the type of academic satisfaction education, career employment, interpersonal relationships, and career decision-making and wealth.
The aptitude study of academic satisfaction showed a relationship between career, interpersonal relationships, and a rational, intuitive, and dependent type of career decision making and a positive relationship. Career jobs showed a relationship between people and dependent types of career decision-making and a relationship of positive(+).
The rational types of career cash decision Type showed the correlation between career compliance and positive (+). The degree of satisfaction with the department was the greatest influence on career compliance flights, followed by interpersonal education. Only the rational type of career decision-making type showed a positive (+) effect on career compliant flying movements. Therefore, in order to raise career compliance, a curriculum that can improve academic relationships and aptitude studies is required, and a career map program should be developed to help make a rational career decision.
In this study, we tried to find out the degree of satisfaction with a college student in the Silver Industry Department, and the variety of career decision making that affects Career Compliance Flights. Much of the assumptions set up for this were supported. However, there are limitations in this study that have not been adequately covered in order to solve the research problem. Based on these limitations, I would like to propose for further research. First, in this study, the variables affecting career compliance Flytrap were analyzed limited to grade, course satisfaction, and type of determination of geography. However, there are many other factors that affect career compliance Flight. Therefore, further studies should be done on more factors that affect career reference flight movements. Second, in order to study the variables affecting career compliance Flights, an end-to-end study is required, but there are limitations that come from analyzing the results of the survey at a point in time. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain more accurate data by doing repetitive research at a later time. Third, due to the large number of items in questionnaires, it is necessary to control the untrustworthy responses of the survey subjects. The researchers excluded the questionnaires that they judged to be insincere, but they still felt that there were more and more people who answered the following items with insincere intent. Further research requires a more accurate study by adjusting the number of items, such as excluding items that are considered unnecessary. Fourth, research on environmental factors affecting career reference flight movements should be conducted. Besides personal factors, it is also believed that environmental factors such as family, community, and economic conditions that affect career cable flight movements will be very large. Therefore, research on environmental factors that can affect career-level flight movements of college students in Silver Industry Department is needed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 실버산업학부 대학생들의 진로의사결정유형과 학과만족도가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 첫째, 실버산업학부 대학생의 일반적 특성에 따른 진로의사결정유형, 학과만족도. 진로준비행동에서는 남학생보다 여학생이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으나 크지 않은 차이를 나타내는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 둘째, 주요 연구 변수들 간의 상관관계 결과에서, 학년은 적성학습, 진로직업, 대인관계, 의존적 진로의사결정유형에서 부적 상관을 보였다. 즉, 학과만족도가 높을수록 합리적인 진로의사결정을 하고, 합리적인 진로의사결정을 할수록 진로준비행동을 많이 하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 실버산업학부 대학생의 진로준비행동에 학과만족도가 미치는 영향이 어떤지를 확인하기 위해서 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였고 대인관계, 적성학습 순으로 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 학과만족도와 진로준비행동은 정의 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진로준비행동에 진로에 대한 의사결정유형이 미치는 영향력을 확인하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 그 결과 합리적인 유형이 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
