유리드믹스를 활용한 유아발레 지도방법에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

무용과 음악은 시간과 공간을 활용한 무대 예술로서의 공통점이 매우 많다. 따라서 유아발레 교육을 통해 무용에 필요한 음악적 요소를 교육하는 것은 무용과 음악의 표현 요소를 정확히 파악하는 것에 매우 효과적일 것으로 기대가 된다. 달 크로즈의 교육법은 신체적 활동과 더불어 음악성의 신장을 목적으로 하는 교육법으로서, 현재는 음악 교육 뿐 아니라 무용이나 연극 등 다양한 예술의 효과적인 교육을 위해 활용되고 있다. 때문에 달 크로즈의 유리 드 믹스 교수법을 유아발레와 접목하여 교육하면 단순한 움직임이 아닌 기초적인 발레 동작의 습득과 함께 음악적 교육이 동시에 이루어 질 수 있을 것이며, 이러한 지도방법은 발레의 테크닉적인 훈련과 더불어 음악성, 표현력 등을 증진 시키는데 효과적일 것이다.
유리 드 믹스 교육의 3대 영역은 유리 듬(유리 드 믹스)과 솔페즈, 즉흥으로서 음악적 이해와 감각을 개발하기 위한 교육방법 중 한 가지는 신체의 움직임을 통한 교육이다. 음악에서 주어진 조건을 신체를 통해 표현함으로써 눈에 보이지 않는 시간의 개념을 이해시키고, 음의 흐름을 시각화 하는 교육방법이다. 따라서 본 연구자는 유리 드 믹스 교수법을 활용하여 청각적이고 감성적인 요소를 유아발레 동작을 통해 시각적으로 표현하는 방법을 연구한 결과 및 논의는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 유리 드 믹스를 활용하여 발레의 동작과 더불어 자연스럽게 리듬을 인지하게 하는 것은 기존의 무용 교육에서 나타나는 리듬감 신장보다 더욱 효과적인 방법으로 활용될 수 있다. 정확한 박자를 발레의 동작으로 표현함으로써 동작에 요구되는 박자의 포인트와 악센트를 이해할 수 있고, 이것을 바탕으로 향후 동작의 정확성이나 호흡에 따른 음악과 무용의 프레이즈의 결합에도 긍정적인 효과를 기대 할 수 있을 것이다.
둘째, 유아가 수행할 수 있는 발레 동작들은 수많은 발레 동작 중에 극히 일부분이다. 그러므로 유아발레 교육 현장에서 실제 이루어지는 동작에 대한 더욱 자세한 분석을 통해 유아에게 무리가 따르지 않는 다양한 동작들에 음악의 요소를 접목하는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
셋째, 유리 드 믹스를 활용한 유아발레 지도방법을 통해 음악에서 주어진 조건을 발레 동작으로 표현함으로써 다양한 방법으로 신체를 활용 할 수 있었다. 이것은 발레의 움직임 특성상 관절의 가동범위를 최대화하고 움직임에 규칙이 있는 발레의 동작을 터득함으로써 평소에 사용하지 않는 동선을 찾게 되기 때문이다. 하지만 유아가 수행할 수 있는 발레 동작이 많지 않으므로 유아발레에 국한 되지 않고 다양한 발레의 움직임을 적용한다면 음악적 교육의 범위가 확대될 수 있을 것이며, 그러한 과정을 통해 자연스럽게 음악과 무용을 하나의 예술로 받아들이고 표현할 수 있을 것이다.
신체의 움직임으로 모든 것을 표현하는 예술인 무용에서의 움직임이란 단순히 공간을 이동하고 도약하고 회전하는 것만이 아니다. 음악이라는 또 다른 예술적 요소가 필요하며 그것과 더불어 조화를 이루었을 때 더욱 아름답게 완성 되어지는 것이다. 따라서 무용에 내재 되어 있는 음악을 시간적 요소로만 여기지 않고 표현의 한 요소로 받아들인다면 더욱 완성된 예술형태를 이룰 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Dance and music have many in common as the performing arts using time and space. Accordingly, it is expected that the education of the musical element through early-childhood ballet education will be very effective in identifying the expressive element of dance and music in an effective manner. Dalcroze's method of education is the one aiming to enhance musicality along with physical activity and is widely used for the effective use of diverse arts such as dance, play and the like as well as music education. For this reason, education the combination of Dalcroze's eurhythmics teaching method with children's ballet could realize musical education as well as the basic acquisition of dance, not simple movement. This coaching method would be effective in increasing musicality, expressiveness and the like as well as the technical training of ballet.
Three educational aims of eurhythmics are eurhythm(eurhythmics), solfege and improvisation, One of several methods to develop musical understanding and sense is education through the movement of the body. It is the method of education to guide children to understand the concept of invisible time and make the flow of sound visible. Accordingly, this study conducted the method of making a visible expression of auditory and emotional elements through the motion of children's ballet by using the eurhythmics teaching method. As a result, the following findings were obtained:
First, it is necessary to enable children to perceive rhythm naturally along with the motion of ballet with the actual use of eurhythmics, which can be used as a more effective method than a method of enhancing a sense of rhythm found in existing dance education. It enables children to understand the point and accent of the time or beat required in motions by expressing the accurate time or beat with the motion of ballet. And this is expected to have a positive effect on the combination of phrases of music and dance with the accuracy or breath of motions in the future.
Second, the motions of ballet children can perform are extremely some of numerous ballet motions. Therefore, studies should be made about how to combine the element of music with diverse motions favorable to children through a more detailed analysis of the motions actually performed on the educational field of children's ballet.
Third, it would be possible to make actual use of the body in diverse methods by inducing children to express the conditions given in music with by ballet motions through the coaching method of children's ballet using eurhythmics. This enables children to find out moving lines usually not used by maximizing the movable range of the joint by the nature of ballet movements and mastering the motions of ballet with regular movements. But it is necessary to make actual use of diverse activities of the body other than ballet motions as there is a limit in expression using ballet motions because children cannot perform all motions of ballet.
Movement in dance, the art of expressing everything with the movement of the body, is not simply moving the space, jumping and turning. If dance needs another artistic element of music, it would be achieved more beautifully when harmonizing with it. Accordingly, a more completed artistic form could be achieved if the music inherent in dance is not regarded as the temporal element but as one element of expression.
