Analysis of Management Elements in Athletic Sports Club. The purose of this study was to analyze the management elements in athletic sports club and to clarify the relation between the results in competitions and the intermedialte variables such as the aim of their activity and the morale chments.
The main results were summarised as follows :
1. High competitive level group showed higher morale point and higher argreement rate concerning the aim of activity than low level group.
2. The following four patterns were categorized according to the results in competitions and the aim of activity.
P1: competitive and high performance level
P2: competitive and low performance level
P3: recreational and high performance level
P4: recreational and low performance level
1) Applying Hayashi's quantification theory Ⅱ, P1 and P4 were found to be the most contrastive pair. (correlation ratio=0.697, discriminant power=97.9%)
2) The secondary contrastive pair was P2 and P1(0.474, 88.9%)
3) The least contrastive pair was P3 and P4 (0.237, 73.4%)
3. Analysing by partial correlation coefficient, the main distinctive items may be the elements concerned with a coach and morale(especially, the factors of membership)
It is very important for the administrators to control these elements. At the same thime the administrators should take the leadership or organizational behavior in consideration of the four different patterns.
