ICT 도입성과에 미치는 기업특성 요인의 분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzes the importance of each corporate factor on ICT Introducing Performance suggested in the prior study using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The result shows that organizational factor is the most important factor in the primary layer followed by environmental factors and task factor. in the second layer, technical support and dedicated resource are appeared to be the most important factors followed by changement, while the importance of external factors such as market uncertainty and external pressure are relatively low.
